Job Description
Conduct research, analysis, solution design, implementation and evaluation of process improvement projects; Analyze operational details to identify potential areas for improvement, cost savings or efficiency and convert findings into recommendations and solutions; Gather quantitative and qualitative data using data collection methods suitable for the specific business environment to build a deep understanding of business problems; Evaluate analytics tools, processes and data in order to facilitate its utilization; Design dashboards and validate respective data to draw results and conclusions by linking data and operational processes. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related; One (1) year experience in position related to analyzing operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency and processes; One (1) year experience utilizing SQL, Python, and Tableau.
