Owner Sales Executive - Orlando Sales Office

Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled: * Uncapped earning potential (wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, contests) * Competitive Pay * Medical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunities * Travel discounts * Credit Union Membership * Tuition Reimbursement * Professional Counseling & Family Support * Growth and Development Opportunities As a Sales Executive Trainee, a typical day will include: * Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery. * Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners. * Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. * Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). * Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities. Guest Experience and Company Standards: * Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs. * Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. * Contribute to team goals. * Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Sales Executive Trainee: * Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. * Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. * The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law. * One-year related experience is preferred. * Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
