Full-Time Fitness Membership Advisor

24 Hour Fitness is hiring a Member Welcome Associate in San Leandro, CA to greet new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and recommend personalized fitness options to inspire progress within our community.
In this role you will deliver a friendly, informed, and inclusive experience, helping members feel at home. A proactive, service‑driven mindset and at least 1 year in retail or fitness sales are required.
