Residential Construction Subcontractor Opportunity

Walter Vitense Construction

Job Description

Looking to add experienced subcontractors to existing crew - strong need for a foreman. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in framing, be reliable with own transportation, and able to work both independently and part of a team while maintaining quality workmanship.

Requirements:

Experience in framing is a must
Have own basic framing tools
Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to provide proof of liability insurance

Jobsite locations vary but are within an hour of Madison area for residential new build and remodeling. Duties include rough framing, roofing, siding, installation and some removal of windows, decks, and patio doors. We offer consistent work and competitive pay based on experience and performance.
