We are specifically looking for Ford technicians who:

• Understand dealership systems and workflow
• Can diagnose and repair efficiently

Compensation

$40–$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production level

Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive repair experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Ability to perform efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ford certifications highly valued
