Product Designer (Senior Specialist)

We’re looking for an experienced Product Experience designer to join Mastercard Checkout Services (MACS) Product Experience Design team.

• At least 3 years' experience working as a Product Designer


• A portfolio of previous work, with an emphasis on digital product design


• Experience in interaction design across various technologies. We’ve a strong focus on mobile e-Commerce but we aren’t limited to mobile exclusively.


• Experience in rapid prototyping using various methods


• Experience in the creation of convincing mockups and prototypes – for everything from ideation, stakeholder review or research.


• Experience leading simple product usability testing (using tools like usertesting.com) and supporting more complex research.


• Experience using Figma as their primary design tool


• Experience creating and managing Figma asset libraries


• Experience with high-quality pixel perfect delivery to technology/development teams


• Experience designing for accessibility standards (WAI WCAG 2.0 AA)


• Experience using AI – have you experimented with it, are you using it to augment your work or have you had success embedding it in your ways of working.

• Visual/communication design


• Micro-animation


• UX Research


• Experience using CSS/HTML/JSON


• Experience in the payments industry
