The next stage of our journey is bringing the same structure, discipline, and continuous improvement mindset into commercial value streams to enhance pipeline quality, pricing performance, launch execution, service delivery, and customer outcomes.Reporting to the Global VP of Sales & Applications, you will work closely with commercial leaders to deploy SBS across the organisation in line with an agreed maturity roadmap. This is a highly hands-on role where you will facilitate Kaizen events, coach leaders, and help teams build sustainable improvement capabilities.
