Seafood Wholesalers is a seafood wholesale company located in Houston, TX, serving customers locally and nationally. We are looking for a bilingual candidate with positive can-do attitude to be part of our Sales Department!

The role of the Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative:

• Calling customers (existing/new) for daily orders of products
• Serve as a liaison between the merchandiser, customer, and the operations department
• Be part of the sales and operations meetings
• Provide customer service by answering inbound calls and emails, professionally
• Support the Business Development Managers on orders to ensure accuracy
• Update price sheets and marketing flyers to send out to customerMaintain price reports, inventory reports, and return reports daily
• Work well with team members to ensure the success of your role and the company. Other administrative tasks to ensure an efficient office and operations
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Salary: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
