Adjunct Math Instructor

Description Teach Mathematics and/or Statistics courses on Florence-Darlington Technical College's main campus, satellite sites, and/or online. General Responsibilities Teach Mathematics and/or Statistics courses on Florence-Darlington Technical College's main campus, satellite sites, and/or online. Typical Qualifications Minimum Requirements A doctorate or master’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics, or a doctorate or master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Math or Statistics. Preferred Requirements The minimum requirements as listed, plus previous teaching/tutoring experience, preferably with multimedia technology, learning management systems, conferencing software, and online instruction. Proficiency in using graphing calculators, Microsoft Office Suite, web conferencing tools and virtual learning tools, and SMART Notebook software is also desired.
