Pay rate: $21-$23.50 + $1 Shift Differential

What You’ll Do
• Operate saws and cutting machines, including plasma cutters and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Pull, pack, and wrap metal materials according to customer orders
• Measure materials using tape measures, calipers, or micrometers
• Perform quality checks to verify material specifications
• Move materials using a forklift• Lift up to 50 pounds repetitively during shifts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals
• Use company systems to pull inventory and process orders

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in material handling, machining, or saw operation in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements accurately
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and workplace organization

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
