Job title: Anesthesiologist

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $300,000 - $350,000 (Base + Bonuses = approx. $700-800k annually)

Position type: Full-time, Direct-hire with benefits

Schedule: 8 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday | NO weekends, NO holidays, NO call

Overview: The Pain Management / Anesthesia Physician plays a vital role in improving the quality of life for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. This position combines clinical expertise in anesthesiology with advanced interventional pain management, offering the opportunity to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex pain conditions while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment across procedural and perioperative settings.

Interventional Pain Procedures

• Perform image-guided interventional pain procedures, including but not limited to:

• Epidural steroid injections

• Facet joint injections and medial branch blocks

• Radiofrequency ablation

• Spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implantations

• Additional fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and neuromodulation techniques

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical institution

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Anesthesiology

• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, as applicable

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Arizona

• Fellowship training in Pain Medicine (preferred or required depending on practice setting) preferred

• Experience managing complex, chronic pain populations in multidisciplinary clinical environments preferred
