Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues. Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness. Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations in all counseling practices. Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. In pursuit of LPC Associate license in the state of Texas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in individual and group counseling preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care. Proficient in using electronic health record systems. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and personal growth.
