Hiring ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for our automotive/towing company. This is an office and management position — no mechanic work required.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily office and business operations
Manage scheduling, customers, employees, and workflow
Handle estimates, invoices, billing, and customer communication
Help oversee towing and automotive repair operations
Work with ownership to improve efficiency and customer service
Assist with social media and online presence
Qualifications
Automotive management or office experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
QuickBooks and Shopmonkey experience preferred
Social media experience a plus
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Must have a strong understanding of the automotive business
We are looking for a manager-minded person who knows the automotive industry and can help run the day-to-day office operations.
