We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for our automotive/towing company. This is an office and management position — no mechanic work required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office and business operations
- Manage scheduling, customers, employees, and workflow
- Handle estimates, invoices, billing, and customer communication
- Help oversee towing and automotive repair operations
- Work with ownership to improve efficiency and customer service
- Assist with social media and online presence
Qualifications
- Automotive management or office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- QuickBooks and Shopmonkey experience preferred
- Social media experience a plus
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Must have a strong understanding of the automotive business
We are looking for a manager-minded person who knows the automotive industry and can help run the day-to-day office operations.
