Role Description The Licensed Community Association Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boynton Beach, FL, responsible for the day-to-day management of the association’s operations. This role oversees common area maintenance, vendor and contractor coordination, inspections, and compliance with association policies and applicable regulations. The manager prepares and manages budgets, supports accounting processes, and provides regular reports to the board of directors. Daily work includes responding to resident inquiries, facilitating board and committee meetings, implementing board decisions, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves monitoring community standards, addressing violations, supporting insurance and risk management activities, and promoting positive resident relations. Qualifications Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license and knowledge of Florida community association laws and regulations. Experience in community association, property, or HOA/condo management, including vendor oversight and facilities coordination. Strong budgeting, basic accounting, and financial reporting skills, with the ability to manage operating and reserve funds. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills for consistent interaction with residents and board members. Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities, meetings, and ongoing projects. Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and property or association management systems. Ability to work on-site, conduct property inspections, and address maintenance and safety issues in a timely manner. Experience preparing agendas, minutes, and board packets, and supporting governance and policy implementation. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling resident information and association matters.
