Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, order management, training, and quality assurance. Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate the brand; inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; identify and address training needs. Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply these in everyday business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicate progress and recommend improvements.
