LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL – OTSEGO YACT

Location: Oneonta, NY
Salary: $74K–$76K
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid
Remote: 2-3 days/week

Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join its newly developing Otsego County Youth ACT Team, serving youth ages 10-20.

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, community-based mental health services while working alongside a multidisciplinary team using a youth-guided and family-driven approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, and individual/family/group therapy
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning
• Collaborate with youth, families, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations
• Participate in team meetings and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• NYS Licensed LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required
• 2+ years working with youth and families preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Trauma-informed care experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged to apply
• Valid NYS driver's license required
