This role may be based at one location or support both Sorellina and Harrington’s by the Bay, depending on your interest as well as business needs. This is a working manager role and you’ll be on the floor, leading by example, supporting the team, and ensuring a great experience for every guest. Responsibilities Support and lead daily restaurant operations Assist with hiring, training, and team development as needed Contribute to scheduling and staffing based on business needs Provide coaching, feedback, and employee discipline when appropriate Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency Engage with guests and resolve concerns in real time Step in wherever needed during service Qualifications 5+ years of table‑service restaurant experience preferred 1+ year of management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Guest‑focused mindset Weekend availability required Physical Requirements Ability to carry trays of food and dishes Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to climb stairs and perform general physical duties Compensation & Benefits $25–$30/hour, based on experience Opportunity for salaried role with expanded responsibilities Medical, dental, and vision insurance available Paid time off Work Location Primarily assigned to Sorellina or Harrington’s by the Bay, with the opportunity to support both locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr H.m.-Management
