As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Burlington, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will contribute to daily operations with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity while helping people feel supported throughout the location.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity or conditions.
• Support access control activities and monitor assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents, observations, and/or daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
