What You'll Do:  

• Provide therapy treatments and interventions under the direction of a licensed physical therapist
• Help residents rebuild strength, balance, and the skills they need for daily living
• Monitor resident progress during sessions and report changes to the physical therapist
• Work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff as part of one care team
• Document treatments and resident responses accurately and on time, following state and facility guidelines

What You'll Need:  

• Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant in New Jersey (required)
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English for documentation and care coordination
• Previous experience as a PTA (new graduates are welcome to apply)

Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday. No weekends required.
