A well-established paper and printing company with locations across the United States is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their busy Phoenix facility!

This location is the company's highest-volume operation, printing over 108,000 bills during a 10-hour production period each day. Job Duties:

Schedule daily production goals and monitor workflow
Analyze production reports and communicate daily performance
Resolve production issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
Lead, coach, train, and retrain production employees as needed
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines
Maintain communication between production teams and management
Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met

Schedule:

Monday Thursday: 2:00 PM 10:18 PM Friday: 2:00 PM 11:18 PM

Pay: $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Requirements:

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities
5 years of LEAN manufacturing experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience training, coaching, and developing employees
Experience analyzing production reports and scheduling production goals
