Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Oncology – Nights Location Gilbert, AZ Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Nights | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting with oncology patient populations Administer chemotherapy and deliver oncology-focused nursing interventions in accordance with facility protocols Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate care, including those stepping down from ICU-level care Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Complete required facility learning modules and maintain compliance with all assignment standards prior to and during the assignment Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months Chemotherapy certification and/or oncology training and hands-on experience Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI Valid driver's license for residency verification purposes Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred Experience working in PCU/ICU-Oncology combined or hybrid unit environments Flexibility with shifts, departments, and locations is a strong advantage in securing placement Why Join Us Work within a specialized oncology care environment at a non-profit acute care hospital featuring a nationally recognized cancer center Gain valuable travel nursing experience in a well-established, full-service acute care facility offering comprehensive clinical services #J-18808-Ljbffr
