Regional Quality Manager

Job Purpose:

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Leads the investigation, root cause analysis, and completion of corrective actions arising from audit nonconformances and customer complaints.

●Supports customer quality requirements, facilitates customer audits, and conducts supplier audits in collaboration with the Director of Supplier Quality.

● Manages process improvement projects in support of business objectives.

● Creates, facilitates, trains, and leads teams to successful completion of projects.

● Utilizes people skills to maximize team members/coworkers project contributions.

● Selects appropriate strategy, analysis, tools, and techniques to achieve customer and business related quality objectives.

●Effectively presents and communicates status of project activity to management.

●Maintains administrator records and prepares statistical performance reports related to business objectives.
