Title: Asset Protection Coordinator
Location: 4000 LUXOTTICA PL MASON, OH 45040
Compensation: $19.00/hr - Weekly Pay + Optional Benefits
Schedule hours: M-F 6am to 2.30pm / 3:00 pm
Contract Length: 4 months| Extension + Conversion Opportunities Available
Start date: ASAP/8/31/2026 GENERAL FUNCTION
The Asset Protection (AP) Coordinator monitors the Access Control System, CCTV System, and investigates internal/external theft concerns within an assigned facility. The AP Coordinator is also responsible for completing facility audits, responding to critical incidents involving retail stores, additional assignments, and other projects as designated by their supervisor.



MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the execution of daily AP operations, including surveillance monitoring, access control reviews, patrols and incident response.
• Servers as a lead resource for investigations, supporting case development, evidence collection, camera review, and OSINT activities.
• Assists with facility audits, inspections and compliance reviews, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
• Maintains accurate incident reports, case documentation, and audit records in alignment with AP standards.
• Assists in ensuring security technology effectiveness, escalating system issues, and coordinating with leadership as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years retail Asset Prevention/Retail Loss Prevention experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to detect and evaluate unusual behavior and circumstances.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and civil authorities.
• Knowledge of basic computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
