Shift Details:

• 8am-5pm M-F

Auditor Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage Bureau projects, including project documentation, timelines, action items, and stakeholder coordination.
• Review and update Enrollee and Provider Handbooks, Bureau website content, forms, and related materials.
• Support MIF Team projects, including the Annual Survey, Outstanding Checks Reconciliation, reporting, and metrics.
• Draft and review procedures, processes, flowcharts, SOPs, forms, and other Bureau documentation.
• Analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and recommend data pulls and reporting needs.
• Serve as liaison between the Medical and Dental Directors, Office of Regulatory Management, and Bureau.
• Coordinate with MIF staff to define project objectives, requirements, and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and provide status updates to management.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and other special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Project management or coordination experience
• Experience creating and facilitating meetings
• Previous governmental project management or contract management experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Project is an advantage
• Ability to adapt, innovate, and work effectively in a team environment
• Additional certifications may be required.
