MAX Credit Union is seeking a Collections Specialist to proactively manage a portfolio of consumer loans 11 to 50 days past due. You will contact members, negotiate repayment terms, and ensure timely resolution.
The role also involves precise file maintenance, accurate processing of member payments, and reporting loan statuses to credit bureaus in line with FCRA guidelines. You will maintain detailed records, perform skip tracing, escalate to legal partners when needed, and analyze delinquency
