Floss Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Office Manager who is a dedicated and motivated leader, for our fast-paced and rapidly growing dental office. Our team has created a culture and commitment to creating an experience for patients that exceeds their expectations.

The candidate we are seeking must possess the following:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
• Dental experience a must!
• Previous sales experience and Dentrix or Carestack software knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures.
• Exemplify our culture, values, and commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Able to succeed and excel in a fully digital environment.
• Must be a team player! Ready to roll up your sleeves and get it done!
• Must possess leadership skills that motivate and energize the team and patients.
• Must work hand in hand with doctors and support staff to set and accomplish goals.
