PGIM: 2027 Private Credit, Investment Analyst Program

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., is recruiting for a 3‑year Investment Analyst Program focused on Private Credit. The program is available in multiple U.S. locations: Newark, NJ; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; SanFrancisco, CA; Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities Conduct industry and company research to support investment decisions. Build financial models and perform analysis of middle‑market targets. Draft investment memorandums and recommendations for portfolio teams. Manage portfolio relationships and support ongoing monitoring of investments. Prepare marketing materials for investment opportunities. Qualifications Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program with graduation date between December2026 and May2027. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Demonstrated interest or experience in financial markets preferred, but all majors welcome. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. U.S. employment authorization; the position does not provide visa sponsorship. Compensation Salary range $80,000 to $100,000, with potential for discretionary annual incentive and benefits.
