Sales Consultant

DeLillo Chevrolet is looking for 2 motivated Sales Consultants to join our team! Are you an experienced salesperson looking for a dealership where you can make good money, receive strong support, and build long-term customer relationships? DeLillo Chevrolet is a family-owned dealership that has been serving our community from the same location since 1962. Our focus is simple: take care of the customer, earn their business, and build relationships that bring customers back and generate referrals. You'll have the support of our BDC team, which helps respond to and manage internet leads. Sales Consultants will also work their own leads and follow up with customers throughout the sales process. What You'll Do

• Greet and professionally assist customers visiting the dealership
• Build relationships and understand each customer's needs
• Present and demonstrate new Chevrolet and quality pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations
• Accompany customers on test drives
• Answer questions about vehicles, financing, warranties and the purchase process
• Work with customers to evaluate their trade-in
• Work with Sales Managers to structure deals and present purchasing and financing options
• Respond to and follow up with internet leads
• Work closely with our BDC team to maximize appointments and sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first contact through the sale and beyond
• Follow up with sold customers to build referrals and repeat business

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with successful sales experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.
