Installation Manager

This role is in the Industrial Automation Machine Manufacturing Industry. Industry experience is preferred. onsite in Cincinnati. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Validation & Installation Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup of complex automated equipment and systems. This individual will serve as a key liaison between engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project execution, validation compliance, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Validation Management Develop and execute validation master plans, protocols, and final reports Lead validation activities for equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes Manage internal validation personnel and external contractors/vendors Develop training plans and operational procedures to support team success Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and meets internal and regulatory standards Coordinate qualification activities including installation, operational, and performance testing Plan, coordinate, and oversee equipment installation and site construction activities Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement efforts, and subcontractors Collaborate with engineering teams and skilled trades to ensure alignment with project specifications Lead construction meetings, safety initiatives, and issue resolution efforts Ensure proper turnover of completed systems to validation and operations teams Review and approve commissioning documentation, punch lists, and project closeout activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field 3+ years of experience in validation, construction management, commissioning, or related project leadership roles Proven experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams Familiarity with automated equipment, controls systems, and industrial environments Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency with project scheduling software and technical documentation systems Preferred Skills Experience supporting equipment startup, commissioning, or qualification activities Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr STEM Talent Solutions
