What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
• Oversee and develop a growing reproductive endocrinology & infertility program
• Deliver outpatient reproductive endocrinology care, including specialized treatments and procedures
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical standards
• Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate across departments
• Participate in strategic planning and program expansion efforts
• Manage outpatient clinic operations and contribute to organizational growth
• Engage in call coverage and weekend rotations as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations

What You Need:

• Medical license in Michigan
• Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (preferred, or active certification)
• DEA and BLS certifications
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills
