Responsibilities Complete the 86‑day Agent Launch program. Serve buyers: locate homes, prepare offers, and secure acceptance. Provide written feedback to refine client search criteria. Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of clients. Generate a minimum of 10 hours of lead activity per week. Conduct three open houses each month. Participate in team activities and maintain a strong presence at the office (minimum 3 days per week). Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner calls. Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Qualifications Real estate license and minimum 3 years of sales experience. People‑oriented, driven, and coachable with a positive attitude. Able to spend significant time driving and engaging in phone follow‑up (20+ hrs per week). Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze client needs and match them to homes. Organized, with excellent time‑management skills. Team player who embraces accountability and structure for success. Aspirational with clear goals across professional, personal, and community impact.
