Director, Strategic Finance

Strategic Finance Leader - Drive Growth and Strategic Initiatives Ready to take on a highly visible finance leadership role with significant growth potential? Who you are: 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Finance. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills with the ability to support executive-level decision making. Experience driving business growth, profitability initiatives, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning within a high-growth environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA preferred. What you'll do: Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting across multiple business entities. Build sophisticated financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives, market expansion, investments, acquisitions, and strategic decision-making. Partner directly with executive leaders, brand CEOs, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve performance and deliver data-driven insights. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments while mentoring finance team members and promoting best practices. Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $180,000-$200,000+ per year.
