Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure before the start date)
• School-based SLP experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for making a positive difference in young learners’ lives

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Provide direct and consultative services to help students overcome speech or language challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
