Caregiver referral bonuses 401k and health benefits after 1 year Opportunities for growth and training 24/7 support Mileage reimbursement when actively transporting clients in your vehicle Caregiver recognition & rewards programs What You’ll Need as a Caregiver: Must live locally within Westchester County, or the Bronx Experience: 2 years of recent hands-on professional elderly caregiving experience with an agency, in a facility, private duty, or DSP if you do not have an active certification- experience must be recent Preferred: active NY state HHA, PCA, or CNA license/certification 18+ years old Two valid forms of identification (must be original versions) Current paperwork for a physical, titers, PPD, and drug screen from within the last 12 months- required for scheduling interview Covid vaccination preferred What You’ll Do (may include, but not limited to) as a Caregiver: Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands Support safety mobility and transfers Keep accurate care notes and communicate with families and care team Learn more about our team here: Right at Home is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
