Title Dental assistant Job Description Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, and root canals. - Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures. - Take and develop x-rays, as well as record and update patient records. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care. - Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as maintain communication with patients regarding their treatment plans. - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. - Assist with front office tasks, such as answering phones and handling patient inquiries.
