RN Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee and coordinate nursing activities within a 192-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Key responsibilities include: Organizing and supervising staff and unit operations Providing clinical expertise and ensuring high-quality patient care Monitoring, observing, and documenting vital signs, treatments, and patient responses Administering medications and treatments as needed Communicating effectively with team members, residents, families, and medical staff Identifying and responding to patient needs promptly Leading emergency responses and maintaining accurate reports, staffing, and census records Qualifications and skills: Current RN license in New York Experience with geriatric, rehabilitation, or Alzheimer's patients preferred Progressive nursing experience; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills Patience, compassion, and ability to work under pressure Flexibility and teamwork orientation Additional information: Vaccinations are encouraged but not mandatory.
