Nexthink Engineer

Job Title – Nexthink Engineer Location: Indianapolis, IN Contract
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Engineer to support Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives by leveraging the Nexthink platform to monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve endpoint performance across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Nexthink administration, endpoint management, automation, and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Nexthink platform.
- Monitor endpoint health, application performance, and user experience metrics.
- Develop and manage Nexthink dashboards, campaigns, alerts, investigations, and reports.
- Create and optimize NQL queries for advanced analytics and reporting.
- Implement Remote Actions and automation workflows for proactive issue remediation.
- Perform root cause analysis for endpoint, application, and infrastructure issues.
- Analyze Digital Employee Experience (DEX) metrics and recommend improvements.
- Integrate Nexthink with ITSM and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Splunk.
- Collaborate with EUC, Desktop Support, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports and KPI dashboards.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to IT support teams on Nexthink capabilities.
