Landscaping Team Leader / Foreman

We’ re looking for a strong, dependable Foreman to join a growing landscaping business . This is a handson leadership role for someone who knows the work, can lead a crew, and takes pride in keeping jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. As a Foreman, you’ ll oversee daily operations, work directly with residential customers, manage trucks and equipment, and lead your team to meet production and quality goals.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a big plus and will help with crew communication and customer interaction.

This is a fulltime position with weekly pay , a steady schedule based on work orders, and room to grow with the company.

Position: Foreman for Landscaping Business
Schedule: 6AM - 4PM Weekly schedule based on work orders
Pay: $740.00 - $920.00 per week
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Responsibilities :

• Administrative duties: weekly inspections on truck, and equipment. Report discrepancies, equipment, etc. Communicate effectively with residential customers
• Leadership responsibilities include: enforcing company policies, reporting any accidents or unsafe work conditions, and delegating tasks to the team.
• Operational responsibilities include: completing preventative maintenance on work vehicle and equipment, report damages to manager, perform duties according to production goals and quality standards

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable professional landscaping experience in a Lead role
• Clean driving record
• Experienced with landscaping equipment and tools
• Strong leadership skills
• Lift 50lbs min. On a regular basis
