Location: This role is fully in office for the first year and then to a hybrid schedule. How you'll make an impact Make a difference by communicating effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections. Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel, and other internal or external resources. Provide fair, equitable, and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards. Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year related experience required Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws, and accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with related claims and business software Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
