Warehouse & Equipment Specialist

Job Summary Responsible for day-to-day operations of the warehouse, such as ordering, receiving deliveries, programming equipment, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization. Essential Functions Shipping and receiving RMAs of faulty equipment Maintain a clean warehouse Operate a forklift safely Order and maintain inventory minimum quantities Pull needed equipment from inventory for new tower sites Program equipment as needed Prevent unauthorized access to the warehouse Load and unload boxes, trucks, and pallets Other duties as assigned Skills Effective communication with team and management Ability to work independently and reliably Strong organization and learning capability Basic hand tool proficiency Physical strength to lift/pull heavy equipment Team-oriented and safety-conscious mindset Pass a drug screening test and criminal background check Basic computer knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft programs preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent required Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred Work Environment / Hazards Warehouse environment; outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and wind; proximity to heavy machinery and moving vehicles; moderate noise level. Physical Demands Frequently moving in and around the warehouse; ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, ramps, and poles; transporting objects of 50 pounds or more. Working Hours / Days Monday through Friday, 7am – 4pm. Full time. Overtime if necessary. Travel Requirements 0-10% travel required as needed.
