Am Crew Member Opportunity At Dunkin' By Idh AllianceCrew Members are generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities include:Following brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollowing food safety standardsPreparing food and beveragesAssembling and packaging ordersUnderstanding the restaurant menu, including limited time offers, promotions, and being able to answer guest questionsMaintaining a clean and organized workstationCleaning equipment, service areas, and guest areasStocking items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstationTaking orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handling paymentsMeeting speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guestsServing and communicating with guestsMaintaining a guest-focused culture in the restaurantCommunicating effectively with managers and coworkersOrganizing and maintaining stock room and refrigerated areasRequirements:Must be at least 16 years oldWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC.
