Summary \n
\n
\nOur distribution center team is responsible for processing various types of merchandise by using standard procedures for our brand. Available positions include Merchandise Processor, Merchandise Handler and High-Lift Operator. Responsibilities for each position are detailed below. \n
\n
Merchandise Processor: \n
\n

\n
• Pick, pack and store merchandise according to procedures.
\n
• Process rework and audit merchandise by counting, ticketing, packing and sorting.
\n
• Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners.
\n
• Inspect merchandise items to ensure accurate quality and brand specifications.
\n
• Track information to facilitate flow of merchandise through the distribution center.
\n
• Ability to match, count and verify products.
\n
• Follow written, verbal and computer delivered instructions.
\n

Material Handler: \n
\n

\n
• Handle full cases of product (that can weigh up to 50 lbs., 22.7 kg.)
\n
• Lift cartons and merchandise onto and off conveyor lines, pallets or other storage containers.
\n
• Spend at minimum, 50% of your working hours lifting cartons and merchandise.
\n
• It is an expectation of this job to be open to learning the skills of equipment operation, depending on the location and department you are hired to.
\n
• It requires steady, fast-paced work to maintain case quantities for picking operations and to help palletize outbound products.
\n

High-Lift Operator: \n
\n

\n
• Lift and stack merchandise up to 50 lbs., 22.7 kg. on/off conveyor lines, semi-trailers, pallets or other storage containers and racks within the distribution center.
\n
• This role carries out their duties using a variety of powered industrial equipment that may include: forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order selectors, or other equipment.
\n
• Operate power equipment more than half of your working hours.
\n
• High Lift Operators are also responsible for handling full cases of product, including consistent lifting of cartons and merchandise on/off conveyor lines, pallets and other storage containers.
\n
• Maintain and verify documentation and information to facilitate flow of merchandise through the distribution center.
\n
• Requires successful completion Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) classroom training and pass a written test for all PIV equipment that you would operate.
\n
• Additionally, requires candidates to complete and pass a PIV driver training course with verbal commands lasting up to two weeks taught in English.
\n

Qualifications \n
\n

\n
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
\n
• Previous experience in a distribution center environment useful.
\n
• Meet productivity standards after successfully completing training.
\n
• Must be able to work well with others.
\n
• Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting.
\n

\n
\nMust be able to perform the essential functions of the job and assist in other areas, including but not limited to:\n
\n

\n
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift may be necessary.
\n
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously for 100% of working hours, occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation; lifting may be above or below shoulder level and above or below waist level.
\n
• Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a frequent basis.
\n
• Ability to use hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include grasping and holding on a continuous basis.
