Ensure accurate defect handling and work order execution, including proper prioritization, follow‑up, and closure. Create, manage, and support maintenance work orders related to repairs, changeovers, and production transitions. Lead and document Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), develop corrective actions, and track results to eliminate recurring equipment issues. Serve as a key liaison between maintenance, operations, and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution. Provide hands‑on technical guidance and coaching to Line Technicians and Tech I personnel, strengthening troubleshooting capabilities and reliability practices. Monitor and improve site reliability KPIs, including downtime, OEE, work order compliance, and defect recurrence. There's nobody quite like you! Solid maintenance and manufacturing experience, with hands‑on mechanical and electrical expertise in a high‑volume production environment. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence maintenance teams through complex equipment and process challenges. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable improvements. Experience tracking and improving maintenance KPIs such as downtime, OEE, PM compliance, and defect elimination. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and reliability best practices. We look forward to meeting you!
