Senior People Scientist, Strategy & Analytics
Capital One Group
Capital One is seeking a Principal People Scientist for the People Strategy & Analytics team to apply organizational science, measurement design, and analytics to transform the associate experience. You will work with analysts, data scientists, and HR partners, designing experiments, generating insights, and advising leaders with data‑driven recommendations. Qualifications include a Master’s degree (PhD preferred), 1+ year in I/O psychology or behavioral science, and experience with R, Python, #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital One Group
