Each country will have their own unique requirements for identification of currencies (both local and FOREX), identifying different types of banknote damage, counterfeit notes and in some cases a central bank certification must be passed. This is a vital part of NCR’s ability to sell banknote deposit and recycling hardware around the world in a timely and technically competent manner.Job requirements:Project Planning and Management – guide and coordinate projects with assistance, including confirming requirements, resource, schedule, hardware, and performance as well as working with internal/external developers to ensure the successful delivery of the bespoke software to each countryHigh level of communication skills – be able to adapt technical information for the relevant audience. Being the principle cornerstone at centre of all communications between all relevant teams, with guidance for more complex situationsProject co-ordination - Managing multiple projects of varying complexity and stage of investigation at any given time with the principle focus on meeting customer requirements, though with assistance for the more complex projectsTechnical Guidance & Support – with relevant training be capable of understanding the basic elements of hardware and software applicable for note handling. Capable of analysing some errors and logs to identify root cause of issuesEssential SkillsThis role requires skills in the following areas:Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to others where English is not their first languageAbility to handle urgent incidents in an appropriate and effective mannerAbility to review & understand technical data, such as log analysis and perform technical testing as requiredSelf-startingWillingness to travel on occasion if required, when permittedCapable of working in a team and independentlyAble to work to tight deadlinesAbility to manage multiple incidents/requests at the same timeWillingness to learnAdvantageous SkillsKnowledgeable across related NCR deposit and recycler hardware and software productsQualifications & ExperienceDegree in a discipline related to project management or the product technologyMinimum of 1 years related job experience (Project Management/technical support)Main areas of responsibilityAssist the Project Manager with the following:Liaise with the Local Template Managers, Professional Services and Sales in each country to ensure that template requirements are clearWork with the Local Template Manager to obtain the schedule for test template testing, while ensuring that tests are completed on time and results are shared in correct formatWork closely with the Template Development Team, to ensure clear communication about any issues and timescalesProvide data to the Template Development Team in a timely mannerMaintain accurate and complete incident records in the Template Tracking application.Identify and resolve process deficiencies to permit more efficient template developmentIdentify opportunities for toolset and infrastructure improvements to permit more efficient template development.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.EEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
