About the Role We are seeking a results‑driven Wealth Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who thrives on building trusted client relationships, generating new business, and delivering holistic wealth solutions supported by a world‑class offering across wealth planning, wealth transfer, traditional and alternative investments. You will play a central role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and representing our brand in the market. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire clients through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community engagement; build and execute a personal development plan to exceed sales targets; represent the firm at industry events; partner with marketing, product, and investment teams to create tailored acquisition strategies. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, understand clients’ goals and values, develop integrated wealth solutions, conduct regular portfolio reviews and market updates, deliver an exceptional client experience, lead client meetings and manage all aspects of the relationship. Advisory & Strategy: Collaborate with specialists to deliver customized wealth strategies including planning, investments, wealth transfer, family office services, and tax optimization; identify and prioritize client needs; develop short‑ and long‑term deliverables; stay current on market trends and regulatory changes; use data, analytics, and marketing tools to track pipeline and conversion metrics. Qualifications Proven track record in business development and client acquisition in financial services, private banking, or wealth management. Minimum 8–10 years of experience advising high‑net‑worth clients, building relationships, and delivering comprehensive advice and solutions. Strong network of professional centers of influence and ability to cultivate new referral channels. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to influence and partner across teams to drive outcomes. Relevant certifications/designations (CFA, CFP, CPA, JD, MBA, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred. Strong growth mindset with a focus on winning and retaining clients. Physical Requirements Work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Possibly lift up to 15 pounds. Required to work onsite 4 days per week. U.S. Eligibility Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; employment is contingent on successful completion. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States; U.S. citizens or permanent residents are preferred.
