Human Resources Business PartnerPosition Summary:Full time salaried positionOnsite based out of our Winchester, KY locationThe Human Resources Business Partner supports the HR Manager in delivering human resources services and executing people strategies for the Winchester site. This role partners with business leaders to provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, talent management, and compliance, while supporting the implementation of site. Catalent's Winchester location is the flagship US manufacturing location for large scale oral dose forms, with integrated analytical and development services. With 28 years of expertise in product development, technology transfers and commercial manufacturing, and roots in industry-leading Glatt technology.The Role:Serve as a primary HR resource for the site, providing guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesPartner with business leaders to support employee relations, workforce needs, engagement, and organizational effectivenessManage day-to-day employee relations issues; conduct investigations and escalate complex or high-risk matters to HR leadershipEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies, including FMLA, ADA, and leave programs; support return-to-work and accommodation processesSupport execution of performance management and talent development processes; identify skill gaps and partner on development solutionsPartner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activitiesSupport compensation activities in partnership with HR leadership and Global Compensation; analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisionsOther duties as assignedThe Candidate:Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent, requiredMinimum five years' experience in human resources or related Catalent experience, requiredStrong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment lawIndividual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 poundsWhy You Should Join Catalent:Defined career path and annual performance review and feedback process152 hours of PTO + 8 paid holidaysSeveral Employee Resource Groups focusing on D&IGenerous 401K matchMedical, dental and vision benefits effective day one of employmentTuition ReimbursementWellHub - program to promote overall physical wellnessCatalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
