Job Title Short‑form Video Producer / Editor Location: New York City – On‑site 5 days per week Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 Company: Lawhive – legal technology firm The Role We are seeking a creative partner to join our team as a Short‑form Video Producer / Editor to shape complex legal, business, and cultural insights into sharp, high‑impact stories that people genuinely want to watch. Responsibilities Generating ideas for and editing high‑quality short‑form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram (Reels), YouTube (Shorts) & Facebook Collaborating closely with content leads, founders, and on‑screen talent to shape narratives and bring ideas to life Writing clear, engaging scripts, outlines, and beat sheets Repurposing and adapting content across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms Optimizing videos using performance insights (e.g., retention curves, watch time, engagement data) Experimenting with new formats, storytelling approaches, and creative concepts to improve performance What You'll Bring Evidence of hands‑on audience‑building, ideally through your own social presence or content channels A strong video content portfolio showcasing creative short‑form video content you have produced & edited Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook including formats, algorithms, and audience behavior Experience using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, shareable content Experience developing repeatable content formats or series that drive consistent performance Interview Process Introductory call with our Talent team 1:1 with your hiring manager Values interview with one of our Founders Benefits Healthcare benefits: Premium plan with 100% employee cover and 50% dependent cover Vacation: 20 days + 11 federal holidays + 1 day of birthday leave 401k: Matching contribution up to 2% of salary Equity: Options in Lawhive LTD Diversity We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team and actively work to increase our focus in this area as we scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lawhive
