Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with organizing and executing promotional events and customer engagement activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands‑on experience in event coordination, promotions, and customer outreach. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and activities. Support event setup, preparation, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and provide a friendly, professional experience. Assist with promotional presentations and customer engagement activities. Support lead generation and customer outreach during events. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Help maintain an organized and professional event environment. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly. Assist with follow‑up activities after promotional events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable, adaptable, and self‑motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous event, promotional, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
