Sage Intacct Consultant

DescriptionKforce has partnered with an established nonprofit organization in the Annapolis, MD area that is seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Consultant for a temporary engagement. The schedule may be approximately 15 to 20 hours per week or full-time, depending on consultant availability and final project scope. Flexible hybrid and remote options are available.Responsibilities:* Review the current Sage Intacct configuration, data, workflows, and reporting* Identify and resolve invoicing and billing issues* Build and enhance financial reports and dashboards for a multi-entity environment* Improve month-end close and financial reporting processes* Troubleshoot accounting workflows and system-related concerns* Document procedures and provide hands-on training to the finance team* Coordinate with finance leadership and outside implementation partners* Provide general accounting support as project scope allowsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; significant Sage Intacct consulting experience may substitute* Sage Intacct certification, Velixo experience, or nonprofit accounting exposure is preferred* Hands-on Sage Intacct implementation or post-go-live optimization experience* Experience building reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct* Experience troubleshooting invoicing or billing processes* Strong multi-entity accounting, general ledger, and month-end close knowledge* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills* Ability to work independently, document solutions, and train accounting users* Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with executive leadershipJob TypeContractCompensation180000 - $185000
